Michael was the founding partner of the firm known as Finnegan, Marks & Hampton.  Michael decided to retire from the firm a number of years ago and as of January 1, 2007 Michael joined our firm as a part time associate.  Michael currently resides in Vermont where he is in semi-retirement.  Michael is without a doubt the premier appellate attorney in workers’ compensation in the State of California.  Michael’s role in our firm includes representation on appellate matters as well as training and working with clients in regard to issues associated with OBAE audits.
